Late policy

Our groomers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. However, please be advised that this grace period strictly concludes at the 15-minute mark. Any arrival beyond this time will be considered late, as 16 minutes will not be construed as within the grace period. Regrettably, our groomers will not be able to accommodate late arrivals as it would impact subsequent appointments.
