Once a pet has been picked up and leaves our salon, pet parents have 24 hours to notify us of any concerns, issues, or dissatisfaction related to the grooming service. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This policy is in place to ensure that our groomers have adequate time to rearrange appointments, allowing us to accommodate as many dogs as possible and maintain efficient scheduling. Late policy: Our groomers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. However, please be advised that this grace period strictly concludes at the 15-minute mark. Any arrival beyond this time will be considered late, as 16 minutes will not be construed as within the grace period. Regrettably, our groomers will not be able to accommodate late arrivals as it would impact subsequent appointments. Late pickup policy: To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our fur babies, we have established a maximum allowable time limit of 5 hours for dogs to be in our salon (unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in advance). If your dog's stay exceeds this 5-hour limit, a charge of $10 per hour will be added to your total invoice for each additional hour beyond the initial 5 hours.In the event that your dog remains in our salon for 7 hours or more without being picked up, a flat fee of $30 per hour will be charged to your total invoice for every hour thereafter. Pet abandonment policy: In cases of pet abandonment, we will promptly notify local animal control authorities. Matted Pets: For dogs that are extremely matted, an additional fee will be applied to cover the extra time and effort required for grooming. The additional fees for matted dogs are as follows: small dogs will incur an extra $15 charge, medium dogs will have an additional fee of $20, large dogs will be subject to an extra $25 charge, and extra-large dogs will incur an additional fee of $30. These fees are necessary to ensure that we can provide the thorough grooming care needed to address matting effectively and maintain the health and comfort of your pet.
